Jazz
Jazz class is a free syllabus to help with strength. The class starts off with an high energy warm-up to limber all of the bodies areas shoulders, head, arms, legs and feet.
Then a limber of the legs are done to help with the loosening of the hamstrings, sit ups and push up are also taught to help with core strength and bicecps.
Free work from the corner is set followed by a dance routine. This class should make you feel fresh, alive and assured that you've had a good work out.
No examinations are done in this lesson.
